They will ignore the refund request so that you get past the 30 days so they can provide a credit to account at 50% of the value. They do not send a confirmation of receiving the web refund request and will not entertain any audit trail. Customer service seems to be made up names like Gibbs or Lester and they do not respons like humans. You get a response but it is useless with no acknowledgment of what you are enquiring about - so you have little to no chance to make progress. TRADING STANDARDS NEED TO INVESTIGATE THIS DISGRACEFUL COMPANY & IT'S AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will be enquiring on the process. Companies should not be so desperate to sign themselves up to this clown trade disappointing consumers in droves as the reviews clearly demonstrate!
