They have been phasing out the old plan and trying to get existing users to update the plan to a new one. So, I proceeded to do just that. Their website instruction is wrong and had me go through unnecessary steps. Then I had to email the support. They told me to do the wrong thing repeatedly and keep mailing me the new SIM cards, but the instructions that come with the SIM cards are also wrong. The support staff keeps sending wrong info, with an attitude worse than the Genius Bar. The company needs a better document team, better technical writers, and internal manuals for the less-than-intelligent support staff.
