I booked a hotel through Hopper. Tried to cancel two weeks before the stay, and they told me it was non-refundable. They said the hotel would have to approve it. I talked to the hotel and they told me they couldn't refund it because Hopper took my money. Then I asked Hopper to reinstate my booking and they said they cannot do that. What? So, I'm out a room and $1000.00 DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE CRIMINALS! YOU GUYS SUCK. THUMBS DIWN DOWN DOWN.
