They stole $206 from me; stay away from this company! I purchased a wig from them, unaware that the product was out of stock; they did not state it was out of stock. They waited for over a week to tell me they did not have the product and tried to force another wig on me that I did not want. I said no, please give me a refund. They disregarded my request, turned around and shipped the other product (I did not purchase) anyway after I told them I wanted a refund. Then, they tried to make me pay a restocking fee. I said I wont be paying any restocking for something I did not order! They admitted it was their fault and stated they would refund me after I sent the product (they forced on me) back to them. They lied, when I shipped it back they kept the money and said because I'm disputing them they cant send me the money, but the dispute was open the entire time! They then kept my money and never gave me my money back. I am in a massive dispute with them at this very second with Paypal. It's been going on for months! Stay away from them; they do very shady business, and their reviews are fake! The photos in their reviews are stolen from people's Instagram that did not purchase from them. Don't be fooled.

After giving Finger Comber multiple tries, I found their wigs to be very inconsistent. You could order the same wig 10 times, and it will come out 10 different ways, hit and miss over and over. 40%-50% of them are a disappointment. Half of the time it's thin, and you can see through it, other times its too full, then when they get it right it's perfect. The shaping constantly changes, and sometimes is so choppy between transitions of layers that it looks terribly fake like synthetic baby doll hair. There is no quality control to ensure a consistent experience with there wigs and they dont seem to care about it at all!

I last ordered the Natural Journey Goals unit, seemingly the most popular unit, and this time it had so much bulk up top it just stood straight up! I mean straight to the sky, not just fluffy or big, but with bad construction of tangly old baby doll hair right at the front of the wig. It was nothing you could do to push it down or lay it down, it was unwearable. The white stuff at the ends was flaking right out of the box and it was just awful...and I'm a person who can make anything work! But I couldn't make this wig work.

I reached out to customer service and they take forever to answer all the time and just deny everything. Anytime I've reached out they took no accountability for their mistakes, she (I'm assuming its a she) just denied, denied, denied. She clearly doesn't understand business or care about anything but money. They/she doesn't align with the customer is always right, and that is why Finger Comber will stay right where it is and NEVER become truly successful. Eventually, your demise will come after scamming so many women and taking no accountability for anything that you've done.

The mystery of no one being able to figure out who owns this place, and where they come from is so telling. They are literally hiding from the public, and something is wrong with that in a major way. I could not figure out who the founder was; they claim black-owned but will not give their name or any information about themselves which is not typical of black founders. The customer service is not just awful, but dishonest, and them not showing their face really shows you that they know what they're doing and how shady they are. Someone should do an investigation to force them out of hiding and to confront the bad business tactics, it's surely why they're hiding. I also would bet my bottom dollar that the synthetic hair fibers are full of unhealthy chemicals, and they say nothing about the background of where this hair comes from or what it's made of. All of it is shrouded in mystery and it's wrong. They deserve a class action lawsuit. If everyone came together and sued them, it would be a win hands down. Stay away from them yall.

Ruggable sent me a very cheap rug called the Delphina rug. It was almost $400, and I did not use the rug and sent it back for a refund because it was cheap and the artwork looked printed on with a laser jet printer. It looked so faded, awful, and cheap. It was thin, the mat underneath made horrible noises, and the rug didn't lay flat. Be careful because the reviews are dishonest, and they drown out all the honest reviews with fake reviews all over the internet. They refused to refund me and only gave me $73 back from a nearly $400 rug. I'll never buy a thing from them again, and I hope the world finds out how much this company is a sham!

I ordered a desk because it said it was ready to ship immediately. Weeks go by and it was not being shipped. I emailed them and they were not honest stating that they had and it would be shipped in a few days. It still didn't ship and I requested a refund multiple times/days. They stopped replying and waited to respond until they forced the item to show "ready to ship" and said because its ready to ship they cannot cancel my order. Then they stated it was in the policy but it was not, they were being dishonest. Please beware of this company as this not the proper way to do business. The item is still not shipped and they refuse to give me a refund though I told them I dont want nor any longer have need after such a long wait.
