To bad 0 stars wasn't an option because I don't think they even deserve 1 star.
Booked 2 tickets and didn't realize I was being quoted in US dollars tell the next morning when I see a 1100$ charge to my card. While talking with customer service to cancel the ticket and get my money back, the rep on the phone somehow charged me another 525$ In the middle of our conversation. So now I'm out 1600$ and I can't get my money for another 7-14 business days and of course, had to pay a cancellation fee. I asked to speak with a supervisor or manager and was denied that option. Fine whatever.
Later that week my Visa has two different charges of 565$ so I'm again charged another 1100$ total! Thank god VISA knows how to give proper customer service and come to a resolution because they gave me all my money back and I ended up getting a new visa so they would not have my information anymore.
I've booked many tickets on US websites but never ever had to through such an awful customer experience and such a hassle to get my money back.
