I recently bought a Vevor product locally, NOT on their website and NOT through an approved vendor. It's a tile cutter and the handle was broken. I contacted their customer service and was told they DO NOT HAVE SPARE PARTS. I wasn't asking for free stuff I wanted to BUY. As such I wrote a review on Trustpilot basically saying they sell products they have zero support for.Vevor responded to the review asking me to contact them through their website, and I did. VEVOR responded by asking what part was needed and for what product. I sent the info and NO response. They then flagged my review on Trustpilot saying it wasn't "a genuine experience".
They didn't respond and then LIED saying I was lying basically? See attached screen shots of the conversation. I redacted personal info given to Vevor

Dropped truck off with dealership initially in December because Heated Seats are not working. I called Veritas before dropping it off to verify that this component was indeed covered, I was told YES. Dealership calls me and says claim denied, I call Veritas and am told it was denied because dealership failed to provide "proof of failure". Ummm I push the button and they do not work, Isn't that PROOF OF FAILURE? They don't come on and they used to, what more proof do you need.
So 1st week on Jan 2022 the truck goes back. Jan 11th I call dealership and ask what's the deal. I am told Veritas is sending a 3rd party inspector out, he has 24-48 hours to be onsite from the 10th. Dealership calls me Jan 13th no one has come out. I call Veritas in Jan 14th and am told there was a "MISSCOMMUNICATION" between Veritas and 3rd party and someone will be out Jan 17th. Their web site says LIGHTNING-FAST response times for claims. Is 2 weeks Lightning Fast. Is the 17th 24-48 hours after the 10th. You people are terrible.
I have to go to work Monday, they say get a rental and I will be reimbursed IF the claim is approved... WHAT, you drop the ball and I have to make up for your being a screw up?

To start with has anyone noticed the ONLY reviews responded to are 5 star reviews. Clearly not a priority to address any negative problem.
My wife drives a 2017 Ram Laramie Longhorn 1500 daily. We also have an extended bumper to bumper warranty through a 3rd party purchased at the dealership we bought the truck through?
I did however go by Paulding Chrysler to see if they took my warranty prior to dropping the truck off. I had to go by because no one would ever return my call regarding my question, that took a week.
So truck goes in for inop heated seats, Dealer send us quote to fix seats a little over $3500. I call our 3rd party warranty company to see what hold up is and I am told. They asked for proof of failure. That's all, they will cover they just need "PROOF OF FAILURE". I call dealer and am told warranty company denied claim. I call warranty company and am told. ALL they ever got was the initial repair bill and NO further correspondence. They have asked for. Again proof of failure but dealer does not respond. Our cost $199.00 evaluation fee, Oh and the time I spend to put the seats back together after they removed trim pieces. $199.00 for nothing because they refuse to provide proof of failure. How hard is that?

Paulding Chrysler contacted my wife and asked that this review be removed due to inaccuracies. They claim ALL paperwork was sent to the warranty company and the claim was denied. I called the warranty company again and was told they didn't receive anything from Paulding Chrysler.
I asked Paulding Chrysler to send me the PROOF of FAILURE and I would submit it. I have heard NOTHING from Paulding Chrysler.

In an accident 5 weeks ago. Other driver was at fault he turned left in front of me at intersection, I hit him in front right fender, door and truck bed... why all that, he didn't stop. Car behind me was city Police and went after him. He is insured by State Farm. Took 5 days to have my car towed from Wrecker yard to body shop(by State Farm). Another week for State Farm to contact body shop. State Farm wants body shop to take pictures and send them in and... that was 3 weeks ago NOTHING from State Farm. I call them and am told I am in the cue to have someone look at the car. Was told it takes 3-5 days... 21 days ago!

Placed order 8 days ago just trying to see when it'll ship. On hold and am caller #7 then 6 etc to #1 then... #10, what. Down to #1 and... line goes dead. Call back same thing start at #3 though then #1 and.#7 to 6 to 5 etc to #1 and... we are currently closed call back during regular business hours... beeeeeeeep. It's 2:30pm you aren't closed your liars. Try email they say 24-48 hour response. Sent forst email 5 days ago send 2nd 3 days ago. Nothing. Online chat. No one responds
