I made a mistake and applied for another service for another product and was cut off Assurance. I have been hung up on, lied to and disrespected about receiving another phone in which I applied for on January 12,2024. I find out today, January 21,2024, the phone has not been sent after being told on several occasions I woul be receiving a new phone this week.
