I made a mistake and applied for another service for another product and was cut off Assurance. I have been hung up on, lied to and disrespected about receiving another phone in which I applied for on January 12,2024. I find out today, January 21,2024, the phone has not been sent after being told on several occasions I woul be receiving a new phone this week. The representatives have no care, concern or accountability! A phone is so very important to have. Please help me! Sheila *******047 and *******@cs.com.
