COUNTERFEIT WATCHES AND REFUSE TO REFUND
Ordered a watch in August as a gift. After a month of wear it began to fall apart. I eventually managed to speak with someone over email, as all contact info is false, and they advised to return the item to a safe storage facility. This is when alarm bells began to ring. I sent recorded and they advised they would refund. Still not received a refund a month later and I'm told something different on a weekly basis. They advised they cannot refund me now because they can't issue a cheque and my bank account that I purchased the item with is closed. Constant lies. I have reported them to trading standards and action fraud and I will be issuing small claims proceedings to recover the mo ey they have stolen.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! THESE GUYS ARE SCUMBAGS
