I placed two orders with them (with items going to different addresses, and received two confirmatory emails. Checked the website a few days later and all items had been cancelled--I received no email or other communication from them. When I called, I was told that my card had a charge back against them--I have only had the card a few months and there was no charge back. Called back (first person barely spoke English) and a very nice person suggested I reorder. I did so, which took quite a while since she was beyond slow, but very nice. Fast forward a few days, one order was sent and the other cancelled. Called again--supposedly a charge back issue again, but couldn't explain why one order was sent. The odd thing is that with *all* people I spoke to I was repeatedly asked the same question such as order numbers, and even my name. The third person I spoke to kept calling me an unrelated name despite being told numerous times what my name was. I've never experienced anyting like this before--I'd love to have a copy of the recording for a comedy routine. Needless to say, I will *never* buy anything from them again. Never.

I purchased an external hard drive from New Egg. I received an external hard drive in a Walmart box, with Walmart tape, addressed to a "Jered Pavek" (who I have never heard of, delivered to my post office address. Several trips to the post office later, matching up the tracking number on the box to the tracking number on the New Egg site (they were the same), the post office decided it belonged to me. If I had wanted to purchase from Walmart, I would have--I didn't want to. This cost me several hours and multiple trips to the post office to resolve--thanks alot. I haven't used it yet, so can't comment on its quality, but can say that there is absolutely no way to contact a customer support representative at New Egg--searched their entire webiste. No phone number, no email address, nothing. Did I mention that this is fraudulent?

Tip for consumers:
It should clearly state who is selling the product, if not New Egg. As for the shipping, one can only hope that they don't routinely make up names to mail purchased items to.

Purchased an external hard drive, just finally got it home since I had to convince the post office that it belonged to me since it was addressed to another person.

I ordered two solar flares for $30 each (worth about $9.99). One doesn't work. Called the number provided for customer service on Acorn's confirmation--wrong number, the person who answered only handles sales. Provided another number by her, wrong number, the person who answers only tracks orders. I was told that a "specialist" would call me (they have a land line number); when I asked if I could email I was told "no." Since I am not around my landline 24/7, I checked the website and found an email address. Obviously, they do not give priority to assisting with problems, and likely hope people will give up. I won't. Cannot upload either a pdf, Word document, or scan, but I have proof of purchase.

I bought two of the "wind sculptures," Paypal later refunded my money. What you receive will be very small, will not work and very poorly and cheaply constructed. A little searching on the web will reveal that they have literally stolen the photos and description from the true artist in Washington State and pretend that this is their product. I can't include a photo because I have already thrown them away-- BTW, don't click on the link they provide to track shipping unless you want a PUP on your computer. These people are the lowest of the low; they continued their lies when I initially corresponded with them about the product coming from China when the website clearly stated that it was made and shipped from the USA.

Tip for consumers:
I wished I had checked other reviews before purchasing. Although I got my money back, it took a fair amount of work.
