I purchased an external hard drive from New Egg. I received an external hard drive in a Walmart box, with Walmart tape, addressed to a "Jered Pavek" (who I have never heard of, delivered to my post office address. Several trips to the post office later, matching up the tracking number on the box to the tracking number on the New Egg site (they were the same), the post office decided it belonged to me. If I had wanted to purchase from Walmart, I would have--I didn't want to. This cost me several hours and multiple trips to the post office to resolve--thanks alot. I haven't used it yet, so can't comment on its quality, but can say that there is absolutely no way to contact a customer support representative at New Egg--searched their entire webiste. No phone number, no email address, nothing. Did I mention that this is fraudulent?
