Modivcare has the worse customer service ever! If you ever request to speak to a supervisor the hold time is unimaginable, seriously! You will hold for an hour, they'll then put a team lead on the phone. You'll have to stand firm and ask for a supervisor again! Only to hold for another hour. I cant believe this company treats clients this way! I had a disrespectful agent by the name of Sansia in Florida book my reservation. She didn't seem to care either about the phone call being recorded. The app has a lot of issues. So you're forced to call in and speak to an agent. The drivers arent so bad its the agents working within the company. It comes off as if there aren't consequences for agents to behave disrespectfully, so a lot of them do it freely. It's just an overall low graded company to do business with!
