This is a terrible company to purchase from. No customer service phone number. No way to contact them for issues like email etc. Their shipping charges are outrageous as well as their supposedly "discounted" return shipping for cores. I purchased from them many times before I knew how bad they were. My last order was for Raybestos remanufactured front calipers for a Lexus. The left front caliper was missing parts as well as having the bleeder valve broke off. The right front caliper was also missing parts as well as having one of the shoulder bolts with the rubber boot on the caliper itself being too long as to not allow the caliper to install in the caliper bracket. I went on their website to report it and their solution was to send it back. Once they received the caliper back they would send a replacement which would take 7 to 10 daystar me to receive. This would mean I wouldn't have the replacement caliper for almost two weeks! This car is apart up on jack stands and out of service. So I used the parts from my old caliper so I could install it. Then I get it installed and upon bleeding the brakes that caliper was leaking brake fluid. So in closing Raybestos remanufactured calipers are awfully remanufactured in Mexico. Very substandard quality. Rockauto also should not be allowed to do business in the way they do! I will never order from them again regardless how desperate I am for auto parts!

I am not selling my car to them because I wasn't offered enough however I was treated with courtesy and respect. The representative that came to look at my car to appraise it and put a figure on it that they would purchase it for wasn't dressed appropriately in my opinion. He was dressed more like he was going out to do yard work. I think he should have at least have been dressed in slacks and a sport shirt. I might add that the figure I was given to buy my car in writing wasn't honored when I decided to sell it to them for that price.
They then offered me almost $4,000 less. As I said above I didn't sell the car to them.

I have WeatherTech floor mats in a 2006 Chevy Silverado truck and a 2013 Lexus RX350 and am very please with both of these sets of mats and they are both made with a rubber material. I was so pleased that I ordered a set including the trunk mat for my new BMW m850i xdrive coupe. When I received them I was surprised to see they were made out of plastic and not rubber. Upon installing them the trunk mat fit perfectly as did the rear seat mats. The front mats however didn't fit well at all. The sides of the mats are made to come up on the sides a little over 2". These sides were not only not near straight but they didn't fit the sides of the car floor and in some places over 2 1/2" away from the sides of the floor and door sill side floor. They also didn't lay flat at the rear of both front mats and were high in the middle causing the seat bottom to catch the rear of the mats bending them up jamming the seat from moving forward when you move the seat forward to have people get into the back seat or get something out of the back seat. So I called WeatherTech and they wanted pictures of the poor fit. After WeatherTech received the pictures they sent me two new front floor mats. This new set fit equally bad so I called WeatherTech again telling them these were no better. The sides of this new set of mats was 3" away from the sides of the floor in some places 1" in other places and touching in some places and still not laying flat in the back of the mat causing the seat to hit it when moved forward crushing the mat and jamming the seat. I was told to turn the mats inside out to stretch the sides out and flatten the rear of the mat. I said won't they crack and was told they wouldn't. So I did that! It did make the side get closer to the floor sides however the back of the mats were the same. So thought OK I'll just push down on the rear of the mats with my hand when I need to move the seats forward. The sides were still not straight however and cosmetically looking awful but I thought the protection of the carpet they offered was worth it. So I left them installed. The next morning the plastic moved back as they were and were inches away from the floor sides. So I gave up and just kept them which I shouldn't have done! I never thought of all of the dirt that drops down in-between the car floor sides and the ill fitting sides of the floor mat. It's like a funnel directing dirt down on the carpet and getting in-between the mat and the carpet. The other issue with these mats is the fasteners they send with these mats to attach the mats to the car floor mat anchors don't fit. I called them again and they sent me two different other types of mat anchors to try and those didn't work either. The factory mats have like a velcro attachment to the floor to keep them from sliding forward. So I went to Lowe's and bought some sticky back felt furniture pads. I stuck them to the bottom of the WeatherTech mats that made the mats stick to the velcro like floor attachments. That seemed to work OK other than the sticky back glue gets gummy after awhile. WeatherTech should be ashamed to sell such a inferior product for this $125,000 car. I would return them for a refund if I could. As I said the trunk mat is fine but I would return the floor mats if I could but I've had them too long so they will just need to go into the garbage!

Tip for consumers:
Take my review as a true experience as it is!

I have a 2019 BMW that I was interested in selling as I live alone and have four cars which is far too many. This car has less than 15,000 miles on it and has been garage kept in a climate controlled Garage. It looks as new without any rock chips or damage of any kind. It has never been smoked in as well. The cost of this vehicle new was $125,895. Their offer to purchase was $76,000. The local BMW dealer offered $88,500.
They obviously didn't really want the car! They should have told be that in the beginning before I went through all of the "hoops" they made me go through for information about the car!

I replaced an 18 Seer, two stage compressor, variable speed fan heat pump system that was 12 years old that had a leaking "A" coil. Since my old system was 12 years old and was an 18 Seer unit I thought I would replace it and spend the extra money to go to a better and Trane's best xv20i seer heat pump system as long as I was replacing the system. I am so disatisfied with this new system and I'm very sorry I purchased it! It too has a variable speed fan but this heat pump has a variable speed compressor as well. I knew this system would run more at lower compressor and fan speeds hopefully using overall less electricity. It does run much more than my old system. The major problem with it running at such low speeds most of the time is the furthest rooms from the air handler are 4 degrees colder in the heating season than the rooms closest to the air handler. You can't speed up the fan because it is controlled by the speed of the compressor. You can reprogram the starting fan speed that is set from the factory at 30% which is their default setting to 40% or 50% starting fan speed. So it was reset to start at 50% fan speed to try and alleviate the problem of the cold rooms. It didn't make any difference in heating those furthest rooms of the house plus it put the compressor into stage 2 heating mode almost immediately which obviously takes more electricity! The compressor regulates the fan speed to its speed. So there is no "FIX" for this! I've also taken the fan control on the thermostat off of "auto" and put it on "Recirculate" which is supposed to even out the temperature in the house. It too didn't help! When there is a heavy demand for heat (which is seldom) and the compressor goes to 100% and the fan does as well those furthest rooms are very close to the temperature of the rest of the rooms in the house. This was close to a $15,000.00 purchase that I feel I am stuck with leaving half of the house uncomfortably colder. I don't know how the air conditioning will be because I purchased this in late fall but I would assume in the summer those furthest rooms from the air handler will be warmer than the rest of the house. In hindsight I should have just replaced the "A" coil in my original unit or buy another two stage system as I had that worked fine saving several thousands of dollars!

Tip for consumers:
That these low fan speeds may sound good but not near as efficient as more of a standard heat pump systems in heating your home!

I needed several trees cut down and removed from my property near the lake. The trees were on a steep hillside covered with small rocks that are very hard to walk on! The temperature was in the upper 80's with bright sun to make things worse! They just kept getting the job done and done right! They got all of the cut trees up the hill and put them in a big pile and it was late afternoon. They came back the next day and loaded all of the cut trees up and hauled them away. Then blew all of the small debris off of driveway and walkway. Left the area cosmetically clean! I'm very impressed and very satisfied with their professionalism and the work they did. They are now my "tree guys" whenever I need more tree work done on my property. You can hire this company with confidence!

I purchased a $623 CUSTOM FIT boat cover for my boat from them. Not a semi custom fit or universal fit cover but a cover specifically made to fit my specific year, brand and model boat.
It didn't fit when I received it and I sent pictures to them showing it was too short as it wouldn't go over the rear corners of the boat. The top of the windshield reinforcement was about 10" too far forward leaving the cover at the top of the windshield unprotected from damage. The cut out for the main outboard motor was too small and bunched up in front of the motor and it was too short to go over the motor. After they saw the pictures of how it didn't fit they asked for the Vin# of the boat so they could contact the boat manufacturer for information. I have asked to return this cover for a refund after two months of correspondence with them with no resolution. Today I receive an email saying they will not allow me to return the cover for a refund and if fits as designed. This cover is totally unusable for this boat as it far too short and won't go over the rear corners of the boat. On the Port side it's about 6" too short and about 3" too short on the starboard side. I've filled a dispute with PayPal who the cover was charged to including photographs of exactly how it doesn't fit. Just remember this was made for my specific make model and year boat. Not a universal cover to fit boats of similar dimensions as well as mine!

Tip for consumers:
Don't believe their money back guarantee if the cover doesn't fit. They come up with very inventive reasons and then finally tell you it fits as designed and they won't accept it back for a refund!

I saw their response saying the reason the cover didn't fit was from the kicker motor. I sent them pictures showing the kicker motor wasn't touching their cover anywhere. Yes they did refund my money but only because I filed a dispute with PayPal and PayPal found in my favor forcing them to refund

This return was accepted by us and a refund given. The fit issue occured because of the kicker motor on the transom of the boat. The cover was not designed to work with a kicker motor, as you can see in the photos.
