I purchased a card on 9/30 came home and activated it tried to pay a bill and was declined, called them and was told that I put the wrong last four digits of my social in and that's why I can't use it, they told me in order to get a refund I would need to send in my driver's license the card I purchased and a utility bill to verify my identity, well I just been informed that they was not going to issue me a refund so now they have all my information but no refund the sad thing about it is they will not even talk to me they say it's because they can't identity me so I suggest to anyone reading this please use Chime. Vero, PayPal, or Bluebird if you want to use a good card!
