So I placed an order on Nov 30, a couple days later it shows a shipping label has been created. 3 weeks later it still shows the same. Contacted customer service 4 days ago, still no response. They have no problem taking your money but don't want to send what you paid for. No phone number, no timely response, no product. Stay away! Glad I paid with a credit card, I'll dispute the charges if I don't hear from them soon.
