Failure to Refund Money
The day I installed the app, I saw it was definitely not suitable for trading the way I need to. It was not in keeping with the marketing hype. Even though I reviewed the less than helpful Help documents and everything their bot told me, I could see trading would be a massive challenge, if not impossible.
Twice, I requested that my account be closed and my money given back and all I got was links to the same help files. Then when I threatened to report them to the relevant financial authorities, I was told I needed to request a withdrawal.
I did so on 29 October. Nothing has happened. I have not received my money. I just chatted to one of their agents and they said I had not made any such request. What! So I entered my banking details on their website as per my request just so that I could be told today I never requested a withdrawal! I want my money reimbursed. I have had problems with your company since the first day, and it seems they are just ongoing. Give me back my money if you are a legitimate company.
Also, stop sending me countless e-mails asking me to refer friends to your company. I would never do that to someone.
