Apparently, I had some issues with my shipping address which caused a delay. This is no big deal as things like these things can happen.
I never claimed that they didn't email me and merely stated that I have never received any of their emails in regards to my shipping address.
Instead of receiving friendly explanation of situation, I was spoken to in a very disrespectful way by the General Director:
"Nonproblem and goodbye. We don't want customers like u. You are blaming us while we did our best to contact u. We go for the happy and smiling customers instead of rude customers who don't have any respect. We will refund next week."
Stay away from this company.
