I've repeatedly contacted customer support to get my email changed as the website does not allow members to change their own email address. ERewards customer services are either ignoring my requests to change my email address and contact me at my new email address OR they are writing to my old email address that is no longer in existence. Either way, I cannot get anyone at eRewards to help me get my email address changed. This means I get no more survey invites as the survey requests are going to my old email address that I can no longer access.

I can't use anything from eRewards until they update my email address.
Not sure where Yodel have delivered my parcel - they say it's been delivered but it's not been delivered to me or to any of my neighbours. I did not receive the promised two hour delivery slot email either. Used webchat to find out what was going on only for Lekhika to tell me that the delivery slot had been emailed to an email address that very definitely isn't mine! So now I've been provided with someone else's personal email address and I've no idea where my parcel is? Yodel said the parcel arrived earlier than expected so delivery was attempted 24 hours earlier than promised but who knows who the Yodel driver has given my parcel to! Lekhika then terminated the webcat without answering my questions!

Ordered an Amazon voucher on 20 October and still no sign of it. Web page is appalling to negotiate aorund. Don't use Toluna if you want any rewards for answering surveys.Toluna say it would be in my spam/junk folder - it's not there! I work in IT - I'm not stupid enough to ignore my spam/junk folder.
Having left a negative review due to failing my course following poor quality essays, I was incensed to see that EduBirdie had left a comment on my review saying that i'd not responded to their attempts to contact me. This information is completely false. I responded immediately to ascertain what further information they required from me and THEY FAILED TO RESPOND TO ME! Do not use this company. It's a waste of money.

Following the website update, the Rewards history section is no longer available on Toluna (as the e-vouchers will now be delivered via email & PayPal payments are delivered as usual directly to our influencers' PayPal accounts). Most likely, your voucher has already been processed and sent to you, but it was caught in your spam/junk filter.
