Will most likely be canceling after my year is up. Brycia did a very good job on the actual massage BUT it is very hard to get appointments for a 90 minute massage. Problems over and over again with being put on their "wait list". Took 4 calls to get information right on my request. Had 9:00 appt for 90 minute massage. Therapist came in at 9:10 and was out of the room at 10:20. I was walking out at 10:22. I understand they cut 10 minutes off a 60 minute session for undressing and consult, but this takes less than 5 minutes after your first session. Why do they cut 10 minutes off the end of the massage as well? Feel like I got ripped off on the length of time I paid for. Would cancel my contract now if it wouldn't cost me so much. Really no benefit to signing into a year long contract when they take 10 minutes off the start and end of your massage.
