The Godiva website has been a complete disaster this Holiday Season. We ordered over 6K in chocolates for over 100 clients. Godiva canceled 18 orders. They left another order unattended and overcharged the card. Furthermore, they did not even acknowledge another 20 gifts and did not bother to send email confirmations.
They are blatantly lying about the availability of online chat, there has been no one responding for over a week. We spent over four hours on phone calls with Godiva. Godiva supervisors blatantly lied about responding back with an email and order details. Today we spent over 45 minutes on hold, the representative came on and simply hung up. Avoid this website, it is nothing but grief.
