I have been trying to access cinema now for two days and can not access it. i have videos that i purchased. please tell me i have not been screwed out of my movies.

My movie will not play on roku. it keeps stopping. only on my laptop. why won't it play on my tv with roku? i have had no other problems with other movies.

I heard that Roku stick won'the work with ALL tv'so, mine is Proscar. The one that came with the 4K TV stopped working just one month after our purchase. I bought the Rock model 2016 and works fine, just not sure for how long,
