I have been trying to access Cinema Now for two days and can not access it. I have videos that I purchased. Please tell me I have not been screwed out of my movies.
My movie will not play on roku. It keeps stopping. Only on my laptop. Why won't it play on my TV with Roku? I have had no other problems with other movies.
I just purchased a movie for my birthday because I am sick and I can not play the movie and you can not talk to customer service

The same form email has been sent out for a couple months. Some are possibly looking at a class action suit if a company will take it based on the number of inquiries. Fill in the form for suit at jacobymeyers.com law firm. I directly asked them if they were in business, and they say yes. Yet, I get the same response for weeks.
