Why is this product not working i have been asking for over a month now and no one can fix the problem i must have bought over 400.00 dollars of TV!!!

I have been trying to access Cinema Now for two days and can not access it. I have videos that I purchased. Please tell me I have not been screwed out of my movies.
My movie will not play on roku. It keeps stopping. Only on my laptop. Why won't it play on my TV with Roku? I have had no other problems with other movies.
