I have been trying to access Cinema Now for two days and can not access it. I have videos that I purchased. Please tell me I have not been screwed out of my movies.

The same form email has been sent out for a couple months. Some are possibly looking at a class action suit if a company will take it based on the number of inquiries. Fill in the form for suit at jacobymeyers.com law firm

I've been trying to access CinemaNow for over a month. I've contacted their customer support twice.

1st reply: Thanks for contacting CinemaNow Customer Support. We're sorry you're having trouble with our service. You're a valued customer and we appreciate your business. Our application and website are currently down at the moment but our technicians are working to have them up and running as quickly as possible. Once fixed, you'll be able to access our service again. Please bear with us while we work to get it resolve.

2nd reply: Thanks for responding to CinemaNow Customer Support. I'm sorry for all the trouble with our service, I've reported your concerns and we're working tirelessly on getting it resolved. We really understand how you feel and we're sorry for the delay in getting this fixed. Please do allow us some more time while we work to have CinemaNow up and running again.
