I'm writing in regards of my booking Ref/ Number 8096877 - Al Shamas Plaza Hotel in Dubai. From 22of August 4 nights. Total payment as per my Bank of $412 Australian Dollars have been taken from my account on 04 June. Hoteling.com sent the booking to the hotel but the payment never rich Al Shamas Plaza Hotel in Dubai. I and the hotel try to contact Hoteling.com directly by the phone to found out why you guys sent the booking request and do not transfer any payment for nearly three months -booking/ref 8096877.
Your phone number listed on the Accommodation Vouchers parentally experience some difficulty and you guys do not answering any phone calls 0044(0) 1342 307091. What's going on?
This is called "Defraud".
I will do anything to recover these money.
Please explain why it's happened?
