Has anyone ever gotten a refund from hoteling? i just found out myself that my reservation was cancelled and have no email whatsoever to at least use.

Answer:

I did but it took me calling every other day to follow up on it. Those people are the worst and have terrible customer service. But I did send an email threatening to have my lawyer look into the company and attempt to collect and they responded and gave me my refund. I don't think this is a legit site. NEVER USE THEM!

I will never use them and they didn't give me a refund because it has to be before 7 days I have never heard of a 7 day policy and I had a medical reason that I couldn't go

Seems no one from hoteling.com is monitoring or responding... i got an email response yesterday to my first email from more than 8 days ago - to tell me that their system has technical issues. how to trust their systems and their integrity if it takes > 7 days to inform customer of technical issues? but it seems charging of account and grabbing funds of credit cards works each time.

Answer:

I am not sure how third party reputed companies like trivago are allowing hoteling on their platform. I had similar issues with hoteling.com, they are very rude and they do not have a direct phone number listed on their website. Block them guys!

How can i get my money back!

Answer:

Yes we received a full refund but only after many emails and posting on as many sites as i could like this and getting onto Trivago as we went through their site. Waited 30 odd days for a booking which was never going to come. Kept in touch with hotel and the booking never came through. It is all a big Scam

I made a reservation two days ago with hoteling but have not received any confirmation. i called the hotel direct and they show no reservation in my name. how long do i wait?
