I did but it took me calling every other day to follow up on it. Those people are the worst and have terrible customer service. But I did send an email threatening to have my lawyer look into the company and attempt to collect and they responded and gave me my refund. I don't think this is a legit site. NEVER USE THEM!
Hi I'm still waiting for my refund and they haven't come back to me with my email of a couple of days ago. My advice is still don't use this company.
They refund our money after the booking didn't go through. They were so good to us...
When that is a legitimate question, it's probably a sign that one should stay away.
I will never use them and they didn't give me a refund because it has to be before 7 days I have never heard of a 7 day policy and I had a medical reason that I couldn't go
I am not sure how third party reputed companies like trivago are allowing hoteling on their platform. I had similar issues with hoteling.com, they are very rude and they do not have a direct phone number listed on their website. Block them guys!
Yes we received a full refund but only after many emails and posting on as many sites as i could like this and getting onto Trivago as we went through their site. Waited 30 odd days for a booking which was never going to come. Kept in touch with hotel and the booking never came through. It is all a big Scam
