Hi,
I just made a booking at the Hoteling site via trivago for a stay at the Holiday Inn in orlando FL. My CC was charged but I have not received a confirmation/ receipt. Slightly worried here on my end following reading the weak reviews about hoteling.

I'm sorry to hear that you didn't receive the confirmation yet. Sometimes this may take up to 3 days, however if you'll send me in private message your email address used during the booking time, I'll take a look into this for you.

I'm in the same boat as you. If I don't receive a confirmation email by tomorrow I'm going to call my CC company and say it's a fraudulent charge.
