I need the clothes by thanksgiving. in the past my orders have not all arrived within a couple of weeks. i'm afraid to place the order

Answer:

I would have said, forget it. Their service is very slow, both receiving and especially returning. Plus the shipping to you is high and then you pay a terrible amount to return it. I won't buy from them again. Linda.

Why no ratings for items at soft surroundingswebsite? i won't order online because no feedback to help choose size, about fit, fabric...hiding??

Answer:

There is obviously a valid reason that there are NO reviews of items on their website. And that's because the overwhelming satisfaction rate of most customers is horrible! Save your time and headache, and skip this company over.

I have no idea what you're talking about. I have never had a bad experience with Soft Surroundings and never fail to get compliments on my clothes.
