I have no idea what you're talking about. I have never had a bad experience with Soft Surroundings and never fail to get compliments on my clothes.

Made a multiple purchase. Returned 2 items. It took 2-1/2 months to receive a refund. The refund was less than what I paid for the items. Why is that?
