I hired a ball gown at short notice! Everything from the customer service, the communication, the price the delivery and the quality of the dress was excellent! The dress was fantastic and everything the photo and description said! I would highly recommend and would use again!

Took our cash for a dress, didn't deliver and haven't partner his money back! Customer service number is always engaged. We have tried all ways to contact this company but are still nearly 200 pounds out of pocket? Does anyone know how to bring this company to justice?

Took our cash for a dress, didn't deliver and haven't partner his money back! Customer service number is always engaged. We have tried all ways to contact this company but are still nearly 200 pounds out of pocket? Does anyone know how to bring this company to justice?

I placed an order through Chic by Choice for a wedding in the UK. I decided a few weeks before the event that I was going with another dress, and wanted to cancel my order. Customer service was very cooperative and cancelled and "refunded" my money. Now almost a month later, I still don't have the returned funds, and Chic by Choice is saying that it's out of their hands. I am now in the process of filing a dispute, which takes my time and energy, in order to get my money back. Avoid using this service!

I have a ver important event coming up and spent tons of time choosing from dresses to wear, I finally ordered one at chic by choice. First of all, I tried to contact them for 3 days by email and phone calls but no answer! The dress was supposed to arrive but it didn't. So I called them another 5 times, each time I had to spend 15 minuted in the waiting line until I was directed to voicemail. Now, I called their portugal number twice and uk number and got through... Well, the lady told me that the dress won't come at all, and they will have to cancel my order since they had problems since 4 days with UPS. And nobody notified me, so now I won't have time to order a new dress from somewhere else either on time for my event... WORST SERVICE EVER! Not sure if I can even go to my event anymore

TO ANYONE THINKING OF USING CHIC BY CHOICE - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

I ordered a dress MONTHS in advance for a very special wedding and:
- it didnt come (resulting in tears and no dress on the day)
- nobody from Chic by Choice called me to TELL me it wasnt coming!
- ZERO compensation from their part
- horrible, horrible experience with their customer service.

I repeat - DO NOT TAKE THE RISK.

Two good previous experiences but the last one a total disaster. Two days before my event I received an email informing me that the dress I'd ordered several weeks earlier was now not available and I'd have to choose another one. There was limited choice by this point but I selected an alternative dress. It arrived on the due date but without the belt it was due to come with and was at least a foot longer than advertised on the website - meaning you'd have to be 6ft at least for it not to be dragging on the floor. Needless to say I couldn't wear it and Chic-by-Choice wouldn't send an alternative dress because I was outside the immediate London postcode for same day delivery. The company was totally inflexible and unsympathetic to the problem, despite it being a catalogue of errors on their part. Two hours before my event I was out shopping at House of Fraser. Total stress. Really disappointed with customer service and would not recommend based on this experience.

Top was described as chiffon and had size small as a description. When I emailed owner of the issue she went back into her website and change the info to poly/chiffon
And advised me small is a one size fits all! I wanted to return top back to her and she wouldn't refund me in full. Be very careful top wasn't as beautiful as shown and her descriptions are fake.

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE

I ordered my dress weeks before an event. The money was taken out of my account immediately.

I received an email at 4:50pm on the day the dress was due to arrive telling me they couldn't supply me with the dress and they would refund immediately.

Nearly three weeks later I am yet to receive a refund and my numerous emails have been ignored. They did manage to send a courier to my house asking for the dress to be returned!

Absolutely awful CS. Ordered a dress, tried to exchange. Still can't get hold of them. Still have the dress and its awful and I couldn't wear it. Nightmare and added stress I didn't need. Avoid this site at all costs.

Order a dress and had the experimental service. Total paid: 180 euros ( dress: 159 euros plus 17 for experimentation plus 15 euros for delivery plus 4.90 euros for insurance). Total extra: 35 euros! Everything went wrong: The experimental service came 2 days later than was supposed, the packaged was unbelievable ( the dress was loose in a box already opened) and above that the dress was terrible, noticed that as been used dozens times, yellowish and with
Drawn lines... Sent the dress back, had to wait 10 days, had to write them asking for the refund... they said had to much work and asked for sorry... to be
Refunded in less 36 euros! In sum paid for the dress 180 euros and got back 144 euros! A total disaster... and a complete nightmare!

I ordered a dress, for which there was not time to have a trial. The dress arrived on time, it was very pleasant, but did not fit, so I returned it the same day. 25th May 2017. I understood that as long as the dress was returned, unworn, with the tag attached, my payment would be returned. In spite of phone calls-unanswered, filling in of forms (TWICE) i am still waiting. I have raised a complaint with PayPal and I will take this company to the Small Claims Court if Paypal does not succeed in returning the fee. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU HAVE TIME FOR A PRE_TRY OF THE GARMENT AND ARE HAPPY WITH WHAT YOU ORDER.

ABSOLUTELY AVOID.

I ordered a dress the week before an event and was guaranteed I would get a second size included in the order. The dress arrived the day before the event in only one size which turned out to be too small. I had no other choice but to squeeze into it for my very formal event.

Then came the time to return the godforsaken dress... what a nightmare. I was not sent a return label, and there is nowhere on the site to re-print it (common feature on other online order websites). I tried calling, emailing, their live chat (which appears to be NEVER LIVE) and even twitter. No reply.

I am yet to see if I will be able to return it without a label, if I am not and I am penalised for it, I will be escalating my complaint with the relevant ombudsman.

I was happy until they told me it was my fault that i didnt get my email from them, i never recived the email for the RMA number until i got upset and mean! After receiving my order it turned out to be way to big and long on me so i asked for my slip number. A few days later they said someone would get back to me and email it to me, well it never came. A few days later after sending a number of emails they finally got back with it. Now after reading the fine print it says it need a to be back by Monday, it's Friday in California and wont be getting there to Indiana until at least Tuesday due to the weekend. I've never had someone be so rude and unwilling to help. They did however ship my outfit express when I was nervous it wouldn't arrive on time, but I didn't ask for it, it was a question on when or if it would get to me by said date. Crystal was nice to accommodate me with out me knowing. Angie for a manager is rude and unwilling to help a customer. This company is a bunch of crooks and just want to keep your money. I have already started the process to filing a complaint.

Ordered a dress 3 months in advance, for a try-on service and an event in June. They were late to send it for a try-on service (they did not have it in their warehouse the day they were supposed to send it over), but did send it in the next weeks so I wasn't worried (although this was clearly a red flag)!

Then they call me ONLY THREE DAYS before my event (they close on fridays and don't work weekends while my event was a monday) to tell me I wouldnt have my dress and I they would send me others to try on. I replied that it was unacceptable but it wasn't even the lady in charge of me speaking to me so the person I was speaking to had 'no information' about the rental.

Of course, I did not even open the box I received since I don't want to pay a huge sum of money for a dress I did not want, and sent it back the next day. They did not refund me and had the audacity of telling me that the dress they sent was sent back 'used' therefore they wouldn't. I am STILL chasing them about my refund.

I ordered a dress from Chic by Choice for my event about one month ago. A few weeks later i just noticed that the dress is not available anymore on their site.So i contacted them from my email and asked about the situation. I didn't get any reply from them. Then i contacted them from my boyfriends email and i got the message that the dress is really not in stock anymore. All messages and calls from myself got ignored. I send them the message and asked to cancel my order. I didn't get any reply, but i noticed later on my account that my order was cancelled. After all this i am not able to get a refund. I opened the case on paypal and now i hope i will get my money back. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE. THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

I ordered 2 dresses a 12 and a 14, they arrived the day before my event but were 10 and a 12, i have tried to call them and emailed them, and of course the money has been taken.

What an absolute nightmare I have had from start to finish! I ordered a Christallini dress for my 50th birthday. I received the dress to try on about two months before and thought it looked lovely. The day before my birthday the dress was due to arrive before 12 noon. My daughter waited in but it didn't turn up. They then said it would be with me. After many calls to DHL and then being told it would be delivered by 3pm it still didn't turn up. I had nothing else to wear so needed to time to go out and get a dress so rang them again and they assured me it would be with me before 5.30pm. It still hadn't shown up. It eventually turned up at 6.30pm! I was just happy to receive it so didn't pay much attention and just hung it up. The next day when I put it into the dress cover I noticed lots of tears and rips in the material and upon close inspection it looked like an old rag! By this time I had nothing else to wear so had to just go with it! Since then I have been trying to contact them to get a refund and to date they have not picked up the dress or given me a refund. Never ever again! Terrible service and awful dress!

I ordered a red Cristallini dress 4 weeks prior to an event. The day before the event the parcel arrived containing 4 dresses in colors pink, maroon, blue and black. The dresses are very old, matronly looking, colors are fading and some stitches not working. Completely different from the style I was ordered and nowhere near he condition I was expecting. I have already purchased the accessories, shoes and bag to match with he dress that I ordered.

I rang the number on the website and a rather rude, unhelpful woman named Margarita answered the call saying they are in Portugal, not London. She calimed that she rang me numerous times yesterday afternoon (the time after DHL sent me a confirmation that the parcel is on it way). She also claimed to have sent me numerous email asking me for choices as they do nit actually have the dress they advertised on the website. She claimed that I am the first to order the dress but when I was doing the reservation, they said that the dress was on hire 2 days before my event.

She admitted that they do not actually have the dresses and they have to order it first. I asked for a refund and she told me that they will try. Never ever truest this company. I have put my faith and them and left without a dress hours before my event.
