I purchased a microphone online to be used with Dragon NaturallySpeaking. It didn't work out, so I decided to return it for a credit. They have an unheard of 20% restock charge, if returned within 30 days, which I would have known if I had read the return policy. I filled out the online form to request the required return authorization number. Number was never e-mailed to me. Tried unsuccessfully to follow up by phone with customer service, Could not get a real person to talk to. Left a voicemail and got no response. Looks like I'm going to pay for this. I checked the reviews on the microphone. In hindsight, I wish I had also read reviews on microphone.com. Sounds like I'm not the only one who is unhappy about their customer service – – or lack thereof!

We ordered a mic kit through this website. It said 3-7 business days for the shipping. I called on the 8th business day, which was a Tuesday, and was told the item was backordered in the warehouse in Mexico. It normally wouldn't be a problem but no one had e-mailed or called us to let us know and we have customers waiting for this to be installed. I spoke to a technician who told me if he had the parts in the store he would just build me one and send it out that day. I don't know why they didn't do that to begin with when they know their customer is expecting a kit and is not going to receive it due to it being backordered. He said he would check for the parts and call me back in 30 mins but I received no call back. My boss called and he told him it would be here by Thursday morning and it's still not here. I tried to use the LIVE online help but its unavailable so I guess I'll have to call and get the run around again. I wouldn't recommend this site. It was the first and last time we'll be using them.

Like by starting to say "THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I
EVER..."

It started with a simple phone call to a technical support, the young gentlemen named Alec was very helpful. After a short 5 minute conversation he miraculously got my microphone to start picking up audio. After a few days a using I realized this is not the type of microphone I needed. When I called back clearly within 1 week of receiving I was transferred to a customer service for a credit, I was told a Rose would be calling me back. After many failed attempts I finally was able to reach her, she then VERY RUDELY tells me its past the 30 days so their is nothing she can do!

So I got stuck with a mic I don't even use. I TOOK MY BUSINESS TO HEADSETS.COM, THEY KNOW CUSTOMER SERVICE...
