TERRIBLE COMPANY. They promised a delivery date, missed it by FOUR DAYS, and it was just "too bad" that the sign didn't make the event as a result. Let's see if they refund the order? I'm not holding my breath.

We ordered 3 signs for my sons man cave. 2 came in one of those wasn't working. They re-sent another one and sent the one that was missing when I brought it to their attention. All 3 are working and look great!

Do not order from this site. I ordered a neon light and received a cheap plastic sign that was nothing like I ordered. This is not an honest company.

Ordered 2 neon signs. They said were delivered never received! Can't get ahold of them by email or calling. Now I see all the complaints. Trying to get money back from credit card company!

Better Business Bureau says this company is no longer in business but still stealing your money. Do not order from this company!

I ordered a neon sign from this company 6 months ago and still have not received it. They do not portray accurate statuses of the order online, they do not answer the phones for customer service (or any options on the phone line I tried them all). In attached picture it says "In Transit" which was the status after "Packing" for 7 weeks. In transit apparently means "Ready to Ship" but not shipped... They rarely answer emails and even then only answer canned responses for 1/3 of your questions. Do not order from this company - stay away.

Called NeonSignsUSA early 2019. They were very responsive and promptly sent me artwork, and after a couple of phone calls I was ready to order. During the final conversation, they informed me that they were "no longer in the outdoor neon signs business", and that they would refer me to a reliable vendor who would take care of me: CUSTOMNEONSIGNS.COM.

They did so, and even sent the artwork to customneonesigns.com

I ordered from customneonsigns.com and 6 weeks later my two neon signs arrived. But they were made improperly - specifically, one of the signs was reversed from the agreed-upon artwork. They said to send them back and they would remake the signs. That was in April 2019. After 20 or more phone calls and email messages, they still won't call me back or reply to email. $1078 down the drain. It is now July 2019.

To be clear: NeonSignsUSA.com referred me to their trusted industry partner, and that partner stole the money.

I call NeonSignsUSA now, and get no answer, no help, no replies whatsoever. Just like their referral.

Pure nausea.

We ordered a neon sign for $699.99. It didn't come on time so we contacted them and was told that it was being custom made-LIE. They say they are in CA, but when it finally came, it came from CHINA. THEY sent the WRONG size. They sent a size that sells for $379. After going back and forth with them, we were told we would have to send it back for a full refund-to China! Over $700 to ship it there. We used PayPal and they were of no help. We finally got them to refund us $200 back. ONLY $200. THEY MADE THE MISTAKE! THEY will NOT honor their mistake. No phone number to call so you have to do everything via email and good luck with that!
