They have linked their site with a new URL. Took my money sent a PO and then nothing. No response after multiple attempts. Took several hundred dollars from me and delivered nothing. Do not trust Star-Magic.com DBA Starlight.com

Fraud this site needs to be de-listed.

I ordered the night light for my baby in may it's now end of July and nothing the tracking number says it's in yuwen or some damn country out of the U. S I email them and they are using covid as an excuse of why I haven't received it

Ordered monster flame that was supposed to be 3 feet tall. Came broken and needs to be repairs and about 1.5 feet tall. Also ordered 2 strobe lights that never showed up. I received the monster flame today after putting in a claim with visa since they could not be reached nor sent me the items. Still fighting for the rest of my money if I don't receive the strobe lights.

As the other reviewers for this website I never received my product. After 2 weeks I started trying to contact them. The chat feature always says "no connection", no one ever answers the listed phone number. They even have a "text" phone number and there was no answer to any of these methods. I attempted to submit on their contact form and was hit with an "error" when I tried to submit. I have contacted my bank and am hoping for a refund.

This was one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences ever! No one ever had the courtesy to respond to any of my questions from asking about the product all the way to checking the status. The only time I received any feedback was when I emailed to let them know I was reporting this to PayPal. At that time they refunded my money! Please do not waste your time shopping with this company!

Placed order and one month later still no items. No customer service. Good looking web site but don't be fooled. PLEASE go somewhere else.

Been trying to get ANY communication from them for more than two weeks. NOTHING> Now I have to contact my credit card company and get the charges reversed. Will also be contacting the BBB> This is ridiculous.

When i 1st saw the site i was excited because its hard to find body paint that isnt liquid latex so i decided to order from them before searched reviews which is something i normally do. It says that orders ship in 24-48 hours but a week and a half later i still hadnt received my order, i hadnt received a tracking number or confirmation that it had been shipped. Id tried to contact them through the number thats on their site, which no one answers. I also tried to email them and no one responded. They have a live chat on their site so i did that twice. The 1st time the person said they would have their shipping department contact me through email which never happened. The second time they couldnt give me any information on my order and when i asked for the tracking number a more than once they blocked me from the chat. Im glad i have chase banking because their handling it for me now but please stay away from this site!

This site is nothing but a scam. There is no customer service. Although there is a toll-free number to call, the mailbox is full so it is not answered. You can only get in contact with someone though an online chat. I asked for the name and address of the CEO to send a letter. They immediately ended the chat and blocked my computer so I could not chat again. It took two and a half weeks for my order to ship and despite telling me I would get an email with the shipment details I did not receive any information until I pressed them about it. This company is a nothing but a bunch of jerks who need to learn how to run a business.

Avoid this company at all cost. I placed an order on 10/6/11 their web site says that most orders ship in 24-48 hours. It has now been 14 days and I still have not received my order. I contacted them 2 days ago and they said I would have my order in 2 days, but yet nothing. Contacted them the next day and they were so hell bent on being right they told me that I had just placed the order 2 days ago. I sent them a copy of their invoice with the time and date which I should not have had to do just to prove when the order was placed. Their customer service sucks and as far as I am concerned the company is a scam. I little communication on their behalf and this could have all been avoided. Remember the customer is always right and the key to success is communication.
