I wish I would have seen all of these reviews BEFORE I attempted to use this company!@betterbusinessbureau... there seems to be a theme here. Promising pieces much lower that what the company ends up charging. Can this be correct? I know in the financial industry there are regulations that protect the customer from this type of activity!
Customers service representatives that like to throw insults at their customers for canceling their subscription due to the company promising one price sending emails with that confirmed price then going in and charging a price $40 MORE!
Peggy in customer service is horrible! I would NOT want that woman working in my call center EVER!
