Fresh Beauty Co. Is an utterly fraudulent business.
They will take your order, but never deliver it.
Instead, their email-only "Customer Support" (they only respond to emails, so don't bother calling or using WhatsApp or their online "Live Help" chat function) will give you a series of ever-changing and contradictory excuses about the courier, Covid delays, etc, until a month has gone by and I guess they hope you forgot all about it - as they just stop replying to your emails.
The list of lies I was told include: "We can see it's on our way" (even though they can't provide the tracking info to prove it, "it's been delayed at customs" (couldn't tell me which customs, or provide any documentation to prove it), and laughable talk about "our New York warehouse" (they don't even have a warehouse in Australia - never mind NYC!).
The website contains no information about the company: no ABN, no names, no address, no operational phone number. The business has also changed its name several times over the past few years. All very typical telltale signs of a self-conscious fraud - I'm embarrassed I was fooled by the look of their very professional website.
I've made a full report to the ACCC and MasterCard.
