I found this store last year and was amazed to see the variety here... love that i'm able to buy so many rare products like my favourite Elta MD sunscreen. I have placed 4 orders so far they all arrived within a few days and the customer service is really patient and helpful. Will be purchasing from them again soon!
This company is extremely dodgy and very bad 10/10 there products are legit extremely fake with hardcore chemicals in them, god knows what I purchased 2x rapid eyebrow serum which within 2 days completely removed my eyebrows hairs so now I have minimal eyebrows left I am completely annoyed frustrated and and super annoyed I have no eyebrows! They have replied twice saying they will refund me, then nothing happened no refunds no reply they vanished they have stopped replying to any messages they not answer the phones uncontactable. I warn everyone who thinks about purchasing from this company I definitely would not Very untrustworthy fake products and no response!
Ordered 3 diffusers on 10/15 but they are never delivered. There is no tracing number either. I sent multiple emails but received no response. I agree with other review that this company sounds like a sham

They keep telling you that your bank have problems
I did contact my bank nothing wrong

Fresh Beauty Co. Is an utterly fraudulent business.
They will take your order, but never deliver it.
Instead, their email-only "Customer Support" (they only respond to emails, so don't bother calling or using WhatsApp or their online "Live Help" chat function) will give you a series of ever-changing and contradictory excuses about the courier, Covid delays, etc, until a month has gone by and I guess they hope you forgot all about it - as they just stop replying to your emails.
The list of lies I was told include: "We can see it's on our way" (even though they can't provide the tracking info to prove it, "it's been delayed at customs" (couldn't tell me which customs, or provide any documentation to prove it), and laughable talk about "our New York warehouse" (they don't even have a warehouse in Australia - never mind NYC!).
The website contains no information about the company: no ABN, no names, no address, no operational phone number. The business has also changed its name several times over the past few years. All very typical telltale signs of a self-conscious fraud - I'm embarrassed I was fooled by the look of their very professional website.
I've made a full report to the ACCC and MasterCard.

Have been fresh co customer for years. Last month I have ordered 2 revision skincare products from them. They claimed to be pro size. Received them, used them 3 times. Mind you I am a loyal revision customer using my products purchase from liscensed skincare clinic for years. These 2 products have made my face red and bumps allowed even down to my neck. Particularly with the face wash caused both my eye area extremely red flaky and stiny. Went to gp was told severe allergy due to what I use.
Tried to contact fresh since last week. I have only received 1 email asking more photos and I did via live chat with customer her name is [Name Removed].
Was promised it will take 2 or 3 business day and I will hear from them. Tried email and call and live chat a few times today.however no response at all. Live chat keep cutting me off, call went to full voice mail box, email no response at all.
Upon checking, fresh co is not authorised to sell revision skincare at all.
Having use genuine revision skincare for years without problems. I regret this decision buying from fresh attempting people with lower price but selling fake stuff.
I have tons of photos to show the difference of revision products between authorised sellers such as skin clinic and fresh co. I just can't upload here. Will try google reviews there so people can see clearly what's going on.
Fresh, you owe me an explanation! You don't just take over $400 from people and not be responsible for it.

After one email and live chat, the company cut off all possible communication channels. No follow up at all! They made empty promises such as they will reach out to revision skincare company to investigate my allergy. However, fresh co is never authorised to sell revision at all.

I have never bought a product from Fresh Beauty Co. They have created 2 accounts with my name/email without my permission. They ignore unsubscribe requests.
Their unsolicited marketing spam email includes the following privacy problems:
- The 'Unsubscribe here' button isn't a link. So there is no 'unsubscribe' option.
- The 'Personalise my emails' link leads to a new products page and does not link to email settings or preferences.
- The 'Privacy policy' link lands on a refunds page
- There is no Privacy page on the website, despite it being referred to in your Term's of Service.
This contravenes just about all the spam guidelines laid down by the ACMA.
I assume that "allbeauty" sold my details to Fresh Beauty Co, or they are same company in a differnet guise. Avoid them if you value your privacy.

I placed an order for 3 items on 1 July, so far so good…… dispatch was very slow (7 days) then I was notified that the order was split, 2 items dispatched, tracking ref provided.
The status of the remaining item didn't update, I queried this over a period of 2 weeks, requesting a tracking ref for this second parcel, this wasn't provided, and after emailing daily I was told that the item was 'lost in transit' - still no tracking reference provided - I wanted to see this for myself, I do question whether this item was ever sent. I was advised I would receive a refund (not yet received) and a $10 credit against future orders - but why would I want to buy from this company again? Question their honesty and service very slow - my advice is to shop elsewhere, don't risk it
I always wanted to try the Fenty Skin Cleanser and I ended up ordering it with Fresh Beauty Co. Over the weekend ;) And guess what! I already received my order!
