They offer a very user frindly interface for flight search and booking experience. Downside that I experienced is in their booking process. Once you have finalized your flight and made the payment, Indian eagle's backend team will take their own sweet time to verify your payment details and call you for confirmation. In my case it was well over 24 hours and by then the fare got increased.
Tip for consumers:
Avoid if possible. Their payment verification process is time consuming and there is a high chance of fare hike by the time they actually charge your card
