Your website for some reason keeps switching me back and forth between the American and Canadian versions. I would be on the Canadian site, search for an item, but when I click into it, it would somehow switch me to the American site so the items would be missing from my Canadian basket and it took me a while to figure out what was going on and it wasted a lot of time

Had 3 packages sent by them so far. First 2 was good and packed my items compactly and the shipping was reasonable. Not sure what happened with the 3rd but they used a box that's way too big for my items, padded the dimensions even more and charged me almost twice what it should've cost! Half of the box was foam peanuts! I had to spend time and energy to measure and photograph everything to dispute the charge, and when asked if this is a regular occurrence, I was told to send them a note every time to ask them not to use too many peanuts! So their customers gotta remind them how to do their job right every single time now? Ridiculous! They did give me a full refund so I'll give them another chance but if this happens again I'm looking for another package forwarding company.

Overall pretty good but have to agree with other reviews that the box isn't cheap. With shipping it's almost US$50 per box, and most of the snacks, while tasty, aren't anything dissimilar to what you can find in Asian supermarkets in North America. For the May box the special snack was the puffer fish, but the air-filled plastic bag wasn't enough to protect it and there was no extra cushioning whatsoever so it came crushed into many pieces and it was quite disappointing. The info booklet was a nice touch and pleasant surprise, and there were two extra snacks from the April box included. I like the box and the marketing and packaging are beautiful, but on the fence because of cost and not sure if I would continue to subscribe once my current one is up.
