My order came through in great shape, packed well and with all necessary equipment. However I am surprised on how long it took from ordering to receiving. Also, surprised how mediocre and flimsy the products are. So fragile, I thought they might break installing the. Even the thin plastic plug guard doesn't sit properly and pulls at the thin shade. Not surprised if the shades make past a couple of years Unless I'm the one carefully using them.

I decided to update my two spare bedrooms with new cellular shades. Also, I called customer service with some questions before placing my order and He was very helpful.

I was thrilled with the service. It had been 4-5 years prior that we bought our house full of blinds. I needed to replace one but couldn't find my invoice to verify the color. Customer service found my previous order, verified the color & it was received in the time frame expected. Its wonderful to talk to a live customer service rep that knows how to resolve your issues. Excellent company their contractors were excellent. I live in Northampton and the travelled to be here and arrived at 8:30 am the bought there own Scaffolding and by 4pm they had replaced all the facial boards and down pipes great team and worked with efficient speed and excellent workmanship, yes the job was expensive but well worth the money we paid for our 4 bedroom property.

Ordered 2 blinds on January 4th t is now January 16th and they haven't shipped. I was told they haven't cleared customs. Never realized they were being imported from Mexico. I hope that when they finally show up they are satisfactory

Never try to buy anything from this website, Decorate With Style, Inc. DBA USA Wallpaper. They are a fake company. They tricked me into ordering wallpaper border from them on June 11,2009. In their confirmation email, they state that if you do not receive your order after 30 days, you can cancel the order for a full refund. After 57 days had passed and I had no order, I called and cancelled. They told me the cancellation was being processed. Then, instead of giving me the refund, they sent me a product that was not the size that I had ordered, so I cannot use it. Now they are refusing to give me the full refund that they had already promised me. They said I can mail the product back to them and receive a partial refund. They insist that I must pay their 30% restocking fee in order to cover their own mistakes. Do not attempt to do any business with this company, and warn everyone that you know!

The windows look great and the installer Shane, despite being on his own for the most part, was able to complete the job well. He was very knowledgeable and competent in his trade. Must have been a difficult job to complete all 10 windows, incl. 3 very large windows, yet he did the project in just under 3 days. The house was kept clean, inside and out.

Honest and timely communication from the rep re: 2nd delay of the projected installation date would have been much appreciated. Had to keep reaching out for an update and received contradictory answers every time. Made the experience quite unpleasant. Hoping the windows will last as long as the rep says they would and that the company warranty will hold its promise, because trust got questionable after the whole experience with the rep.
