If I could rate CarCoverUSA negative reviews I would. The product arrived late. CarCoverUSA sent the wrong product. No customer service number. This appears to be a small business run by one or two people based on this man's unprofessional and aggressive emails. I would have been willing to exchange, but this person clearly did not want to work with me and was playing games. I told him I wanted to do a return, submitted pictures of this product and he did not accept my pictures. I told him I would be disputing the transaction since he would not return the product, he stated that he would "put a lien on me" and to never contact him ever again. Apparently CoverKing is the distributor, I got them on the phone as well and they did not seem overly excited to return the product or work with CarCoverUSA owner on getting my refund. After initiating my dispute for the $159.99 product that does not fit my vehicle, two days later I received an email from CoverKing to go ahead and return the product by mail. I paid for the shipping of course. No correspondence or apologies from either company of course. Dispute is still open, neither company has gone out of their way to help me or fix this. The only thing that seemed to work was disputing the transaction when they refused to accept the return. By far the worst buying experience ever. Stay away from CarCoverUSA and CoverKing. I wouldn't touch them with a 10 foot pole. I feel I got wrecked into by these two companies.

They purposely advertised a much lower lead time than any other 3rd party site, just to gain business. Once the order is placed and enough time has passed that they know you won't cancel your order, they push back the delivery date. Mine went from 2 weeks, to 4.5 weeks, to 8 weeks. They blame LeBra. Next time, just use LeBra directly and save yourself the trouble...

The product I order and received is exactly as described. The covers fit perfect and were easy to install. Only downfall mwas my original return. I ordered the wrong type and needed to returned and re order. Your company was not able to provide a shipping label and I had to pay 70.00 to return. I think it would better customer service if this is something you would provide your customers, since shipping would be cheaper through your company and it can be deducted from the refund.
The product was defective, they didn't fit my seats since they were too small. Their return policy states: If there is a factory defect then a FULL REFUND will be issued. I sent the cover seats by mail on 10/14/2021 in new condition, clean, re-sellable with the authorization number. I didn't get any refund until I contacted them on 11/11/2021 to see the status of my refund. That day a refund for $255.99 was issued but the total amount I paid was $329.99. I told them that I only received $255.99 and they said "yes see the order receipt, return authorization, return policy. Thank you" I filed a dispute with my credit card for the difference ($74) and now I received an email from carcoverusa demanding payment of $84 TODAY or they will send me to collections. I will give them "0" stars but I have to five at least "1" in order to submit this review.
I ordered a full set of clear floor mat covers for my specific make, model, and year automobile from this company. The covers arrived and the quality of the material was fine, but they weren't cut very accurately. I have ordered similar covers for different cars in the past from other companies, and the profile of those matched my OEM mats very closely. With this order, I can tell there was an attempt to loosely match my OEM mats, but it was more like they estimated the dimensions from photographs instead of using actual dimensions. The driver side front cover and the rear mono cover at least covered 100% of the OEM mats, but there was some interference with seat rails foot rests, accelerator, and sides of the foot wells in the rear. That is not ideal, but it was acceptable to me. What was not acceptable was the passenger side front, which was shaped significantly different from the OEM mat (see pictures). There was no way to get it to cover 100% of the OEM mat. It left two areas of the mat exposed, one next to the center console right where a passenger's foot would generally rest, and the other toward the top right. I requested a return and was told I would have to pay return shipping even though the product was not an accurate custom fit as I was led to believe in reading the description on the website. Return shipping will be 30 to 50 percent of the cost of the product. Finally, the customer service agent I communicated with via email was very short and didn't seem interested in working with me at all. My advice for anyone about to do business with this company is to confirm the fit accuracy of what you are ordering and read the fine print on everything before you commit to an order.

That their custom cut floor mat covers are not cut using OEM mat dimensions and are only estimates. Poor accuracy will cost you return shipping which costs the buyer significantly more than it costs the company.

This was the companys official response to my shipping quandry, note either address accepts US mail delivery thus their excuse is as flawed as their service. You can find what you are looking for elsewhere.

Terrible turn around time. They gave RA for returm of incorrect cab ordered covers, but would not help at all with return shipping. No shipping label. Even offered to pay for shipping label. They refused. Costed $100 to ship back. They could have issued a return label that i woukd have paid for. Would have costed $15 -20. These covers are Junk - straps won't stay tightened. Easily stained. Stained while installing. Never has a company not help with shipping even when repurchasing product. Always help the customer. 3 weeks for 2nd order still not shipped. 1st order returned with RA still no refund. These are not custom. They have made in Mexico on tags. THEY ARE PRE-FRABICATED. They fit truck seats but don't secure well.

Company does not help with return shipping of missordered part. Give RA but would not help with shipping label. Even if you pay for label. They force you to ship back for full price. Cost $100 to return. When they could have charged for return label when ordered correct covers for cab. They are not even custom made to order. Why so long to ship prefabricated Made in Mexico covers.

I purchased a front and rear set of tactical seat covers for a 2019 Toyota Camry LE a month and a half ago. The estimated date of receipt has changed twice. I have inquired about my order and been told to check my email but all I was told by email was to check site. So will Car Cover YSA just continue to change date of anticipated shipment and never actually ship the product I paid for? This is stealing. If you are not going to provide the product I would like my money refunded in full.
I ordered car seat covers, not of the quality that I would expect for $414.00. Obtained a return authorization and paid $90.03 to return. They did not issue credit on the date they said it would be issued. Further internet reviews of this company became concerning. I contacted my credit card company, explained the situation, and provided all documentation. They decided in my favor removing the purchase amount of $414.00. I have since received multiple emails from Car Cover USA demanding a payment of $424.00, ten dollars more than the original purchase. They've also threatened me with collections, credit report, and now a lein. I have filed a complaint with the New York BBB, you can read their responses, falsely accusing me of keeping the product, stating my greed caught me, calling me a racist, insulting customer. I have no idea where they came up with these allegations. Only one email from me to the company was sent detailing the order, the proof of return delivery and stating no balance would be due. So, a complaint has been filed with Michigan Attorney General and now New York Attorney General, supplying all documents and emails. In an internet review search, this seems to be the method of operation for Mr. Joe Durso, who is listed as owner, and his company. Please, save your money and the hassle of reporting them, by just ordering from another company.

This is the worst place to buy anything from. If I could I will give them no star. I bought a part from this company and upon arrival the entire cut out and layout of the product had nothing to do with my vehicle's dash. I've contacted their customer service over the phone for 2 days with no answers. After this, I decided to email them with photos and full description of their poor and defective product (again with no answer). This pushed me to contact my bank to open a dispute and get my money back. Once my bank reverse the transaction and I got my money back, then they decided to contact me. Threading me and accusing me of stealing and using offensive vocabulary over their email communications. On top of everything they expected me to pay for the return label too… I am still waiting for them to email me a label so that they can have their defective product back (in the mean time they are charging me with fees and sending to collections…)
This is by far the worst customer experience ever. Be aware to don't buy from them or else if you receive a bad product you will go through verbal and email harassments (calling me a thief, sneaky, et cetera…)

First I never give negative reviews, but this company deserves it and I'd hate to see someone else insure what I have. I was sent the wrong dash cover for my dodge that the company is convinced is appropriate. I have been asked to send photos and did so on two occasions. The customer service aspect has been nothing short of a catastrophe. I was finally refunded $32 although the purchase price and shipping was $52. I emailed the the customer unservice once again and was asked to send a pic of the vin, as if I do not know what year and model of truck I drive. At this point I gave up on any further communication as it is not worth the $20. Please do yourself a favor and find a more reputable company with some idea of acceptable customer service. I just wish I could post a pic of the terrible fit.

Do Not Buy from them. First of all the quality was very poor went to return it with great difficulty. Not only did I have to pay for the return shipping but also they charged me a restocking fee and shipping. I lost $29.75 for a $50 order. Very poor business practice. When requesting return authorization the agent never mentioned a replacement. In fact they were rude.
I ordered a velour dashmat cover (advertised as custom made for specific vehicle's make and model) for a new car. When is finally arrived, I put the mat onto the dashboard to let it relax from being rolled up in a box so it could fit to the dash. I could see right away that the mat did not fit my dash -- some areas were covered while other areas were left uncovered. After several days, there was still significant puckering, I notified CarCover regarding the problem, including pictures. The response was to tell me that the cover did fit my car eventho I could see it did not and I certainly would not use the misfit on my car. I requested a return authorization and prepaid return shipping label. The customer service person was so RUDE and unhelpful that I would NEVER do business with CarCoverUSA again! I return the dashcover in the exact condition in which it was received (new, velcroe strips included). The return shipping cost me just under $18. Eventho this company received the car dashcover, no refund was received. I disputed the charge with my credit card company, providing proof that the merchant had received the returned goods. This company then sent me an email stating it would send me to collections if I didn't pay them the cost of the goods plus $10! CarCoverUSA made it quite clear that I would not receive a refund and, in fact, the company neither processed a refund nor communicated intention to do so nor verification of receipt of the dashmat cover.
If CarCoverUSA's product does happen to fit, it might be ok to do business. However, IF you have to deal with its customer service -- you will be very disappointed and treated extremely rudely!
I informed this merchant that I would be posting a review and that the way I was treated would be included. The customer service person responded that they did "not respond to threats or extortion"...

I purchased a 14" kayak cover for my Carolina Perception 13.5 which is approximately 13" long. When disputing the actual size that was sold to me, the sales person assured me that the size I purchased "EGA-C2" as stated on the tag was in fact 14" long and I needed to buy a bigger one. The sales person refunded me the money for the kayak but did not provide a shipping label to exchange said size so I had to pay over $30 for the shipping. Not really sure why I would need to pay shipping to return something that was not right.
Poor customer service for the wrong product. The car seats that we were sent clearly did not match our 2018 Toyota RAV4. When we called about the order they tried to convince us that the seat covers were made correctly. One of the seat covers had a notch cut out that did not go to anything. They also recommended that we take apart our plastic seat trim to install the seat cover. The trouble is that the trim contains electrical controls. We are pretty sure that they have not dialed in the design of a 2018 RAV4.
We waited over a month for our order. Customer service was rude and short in their responses. They are charging us return shipping and restocking fee despite our issues- We received the regular model not the tactical and the color is silver not "charcoal grey" which we expected to be dark. The fit is not very snug so the color under our seats sticks out horribly making these look terrible. Would have been willing to try a different color despite but this company is too difficult to work with. Will update if we could get a resolution but I'm not holding my breathe. Looks like we just wasted time and money. Buyer beware
I ordered seat covers both front and back for my truck. Paid $700 for custom seat covers. Recieved made in Mexico covers of low quality. Also I accidentally ordered wrong size for the rear. So I was gonna swap for correct ones. They gave RA#, but would not in any way even help with a return shipping label. It cost me $100 to return. That is messed up. I don't mind paying shipping but they should at least help out some for customer service. Now I'm waiting on the rear covers and still waiting on original paid refund. Plus out another $100 and paid shipping again. I have never dealt with a company who would not help out a customer with returning product. I will never order from them again. They lost a customer. I would have bought floor Mats and seat covers for wife's car. But they lost my business.

Ordered a Dashmat for my truck, and tried it out immediately after receiving. Cover did not fit, so product was returned the next day. They received my return on the 9th of the month, and told me it takes up to 11 business days to refund to my credit card. On the 23rd, still no refund, I sent an email as to when my refund would be issued, I got an email saying refund would be issued "tomorrow." After three days, no refund. Another inquiry was sent by me and now it's "up to three days" before I see my credit posted to my account. They take your money immediately upon order yet as of the 26th of the month, no refund. A report is being made also to the BBB. Don't do business with this company. UPDATE: After informing the company that a dispute of the charge will be made with my credit card company, I finally received my refund (minus $10). I cancelled the dispute, and told my credit card company that I would not need the temporary refund. They offer the money back to your account until the matter is settled, however Car Cover USA thought it was permanent and threatened to take me to collections to retrieve the amount. "You don't get refunded twice," they told me, so they have no idea how credit card disputes work. At any rate, Car Cover USA kept $10 I guess for the shipping of the Dashmat to me, and, of course, I had to pay shipping to return the product. But it's worth the $10 never having to do business with these people again.

Close out of it immediately and go to another company. There are plenty more, including WeatherTech that far superior both sales wise, and product wise.
