I recently tried Nature's Path Organic quick cook steel cut oats, and I'm glad I did. I had never tried steel cut oats before, so the texture wasn't familiar, but that didn't make a difference to my liking hem, they were very good! They really do cook in five minutes, and adding sugar made them taste great! I also got a bit creative one time, skipped the sugar and put in some butter, pasta sauce and veggies, and it made a nice meal!

I recommend you try them!

  • Vivaldi

3/17/24

I guess my title says it all! I don't know why Vivaldi isn't more popular. Out of all the browsers I've tried (and there have been quite a few), along with Edge, this is my favorite. It's easy to navigate, has a great Ad blocker, and I like the way the tabs change colors as you go to different web pages, it appeals to the artist in me. The only feature I had complaints about - having to log in again after updates where you need to restart the browser - is no longer a factor, as after a recent update, it's no longer necessary.

It's worth checking out if you're looking for a new browser; give it a try!

I'm glad I checked this one out! There are a lot of available surveys, also member polls, where you get points just for answering some multiple choice questions. (You can also submit questions if you have an idea for a poll, with reward points if accepted.) The points accumulate pretty fast, and the rewards are generous, and don't take long to get. (I only had to wait one day.)

If you're looking for a good survey site, I recommend this one!

I suggest you check it out!

I signed up over a year ago, and was asked to fill out questionnaires for testing products around 10 times, and not once did I hear back from them, except to inform me about another product opportunity, and again nothing! So next time, I'm going to unsubscribe. And that's another thing: you can't go to their webpage to, do that, as they give you the runaround, by gelling you to get an email code, then when you use it, all they say is to wait until you hear from them about another exciting (COUGH! COUGH!) opportunity! (a variation of the old "don't call us, we'll call you"!)

What a joke! And from what I've heard, their customer reps have attitude problems.

Don't waste your time!

If it sounds too good to be true, it usually isn't, and I think that's the case here, since when I signed up to BzzAgent, they made it sound like there would be a lot of opportunities to try new products, give reviews. Etc., but that turned out NOT to be the case. I hardly ever hear from them (and they're one of those "don't call us, we'll call you" sites, so it'd one-sided) and whenever I did, I'd answer their questions, show an interest in whatever the campaign was about, but never heard back from them. EVERY SINGLE TIME I never heard back! So I'm unsubscribing, and if they want to know why, I'll gladly tell them.

  • Discover Books, LLC

9/6/23

I recently ordered a book from Discover books, and they sent me the wrong one. When I informed them about it, I was told they would send the right book to me in 24 hours and would email me when they did. A week later, I still hadn't heard from them and I doubt I'll get the book, either.

So far, I've used IObit Advanced System Care, Software Updater, Driver Booster, Smart Defrag and Uninstaller and have no complaints whatsoever! They all do an excellent job, and I use the free versions, so it's possible the paid ones work even better, but for now I'm more than satisfied with these, and I highly recommend them.

  • Microsoftrewards

5/18/23

I previously gave Microsoft Rewards a positive review, but I'm afraid that's all changed now. All of a sudden, they won't accept the phone number verification thatt I've used for over a year now and i can't redeem the reward points I earned. When I tried to get in touch with them about this they gave me the runaround.

My guess is that too many people are entitled to rewards so they're becoming stingy with giving them out. Whatever the reason, I won't be bothering with them again and suggest you stay clear of them.

  • branded surveys

5/17/23

I signed up for this survey site and then found out that because I don't at the moment have a mobile phone, I'm ineligible for any rewards. This seems unfair to me, as other survey sites have no problem with that, and don't need a mobile number. Why should this be the case?

  • Crowdology

5/17/23

I had just started signing up for this survey site, when I thought I should check it out more first, so I did a Bing search and it said that Crowdology is a scam survey site! Good thing i looked it up.

  • YouGov What the world thinks

5/17/23

At first, I was happy with taking YouGov surveys, as they were interesting and I was fast accumulating reward points. But I recently took a survey and at the end of it they asked for my address, and I was unsure about this. I did some online research and it seems survey sites aren't supposed to ask for personal info, and that includes addresses. They claim they need the address to send rewards, but why is that the case, when the rewards are either gift cards that can be emailed or cash that can go to a paypal account?

I think I'll avoid this site from now on, even though i have to forfeit my reward points.

  • Xinhirestaurant

5/6/23

I tried Xin Hi (delivery) for the first time and as far as I'm concerned, it's the best in the area, and I've tried several. Not only was the food delicious, but it didn't take long to be delivered, even though I ordered it at a busy time of day. The prices are reasonable, too.

  • GfK. Global Online Panel

4/10/23

I spent a half hour on a LONG shopping survey for GFK, only to get a few "compensation points", saying I didn't qualify, when I had completed the whole thing! This isn't the first time this has happened, and you can be sure I will NOT attempt anymore of their surveys!

  • GoodReads

3/16/23

If you're a book fan, like I am, you'll love this site, too! You can look for a review of a book you want to read and fins out what others think about it. You can review books yourself and give your honest opinion, You can become a member of the site (it's free) and join groups that share your interests and you can also try and locate books that have eluded you, because you forgot the title and/or author, and you just may find what you're looking for!

I ought to know: with help from people on the site, I found two novels I'd pretty much given hope of ever locating! Now that I know the titles and authors, I've found one online, the other at Amazon! Without Goodreads, I'd still be searching.

Like I said, I love it!

Several times, I've completed the surveys - which take about 20 minutes - and don't get the credit I should, only a few points for supposedly tryin g, when i had completed the whole thing! I thought the first time it might be an error, but it happened again and just to be certain, I tried once more, but three times is no error! They just didn't give me the credit points I should have gotten, after making me waste almost a half hour each time!

So, if you're on any survey sites, and there's one for Lieberman, skip it!

  • Blissofgreece

7/29/22

My sister gave me a Bliss of Greece gift box for my birthday, and I couldn't be more pleased! It included soaps, a moisturizing oil spritzer, and too different kids of moisturizer, that seem to be a combo of lotion and cream. They're rich without being heavy, and don't leave you feeling sticky or greasy. They're lavender scented, but it's not overdone, so you don't feel overpowered by it. The soaps are mild and gentle on your skin, and I also use them on my hair, instead of shampoo.

I just love them, intend to buy them again, and highly recommend them.

  • LifePoints

6/27/22

I wouldn't bother with this one. All I did was the basic signup (name, address, etc.) and they informed me that I wasn't qualified. On what basis? My name and address? Since that's all the info there was, they either didn't approve of where I live, or else they didn't care for my ethnic background (my last name makes it clear what that is). Either way, they have nerve!

They actually told me try again another time! When HELL freezes over!

  • SurveyJunkie

6/20/22

I just discovered Survey junkie and decided to check it out. I'm glad I did, as I qualified for several surveys almost immediately, and am now more than halfway to earning my first reward. (With the exception of one other - that I already reviewed here - I've found most of these sites to be mostly hype and a waste of time; fortunately, this one proved to be an exception to that rule.

To add a few more perks, most of the time they give you a few points if you tried for a survey but didn't qualify, or if it was already filled. Also, there are other ways to earn points besides surveys, like product testing, focus groups and watching videos. They let you know when they become available and ask which you'd be interested in. Sounds entertaining to me!

I'm glad I took the time to check this site out, and suggest you do the same.

That's what I wrote several months ago, but I'm afraid my opinion has changed. Lately, i had trouble with surveys, and several times didn't get credit for completed ones. They'd claim I was screened out, but does it normally take 20 minutes and dozens of questions for them to decide you're not qualified? When I complained about it (I had to send emails several times about this issue, once they gave me some points to make up for it, but afterward they claimed the mistakes were just the screening process. It happened again just a few days ago, when I took a shampoo survey which took about 15 or 20 minutes to complete, then the survey ended but I didn't get credit. When I emailed SJ, I gave them info about the survey, and they said they couldn't do anything about it without further info, like he number of the survey. But the last time I gave them a survey number, it didn't make a difference.

To make matters worse, I got enough points for a $5.00 gift card from Amazon, but when I went to redeem them, I was informed that I'd have to send a photocopy of a driver license or other ID before they can credit me! Nothing like that had happened before. They claim they want to be sure I'm a "real person". Well gee, you'd think the emails I sent them (including one about this particular issue) would sort of give a hint that I'm not a robot! They're now claiming that this is part of their procedure, random ID checks. But I'm guessing they decided I won too many gift cards (I had earned several recently) and they got tired of paying out.

Maybe those survey errors weren't a coincidence? Could they have been trying to prevent me from earning anymore rewards? Maybe that's not the case, but I can't help wondering about the timing.

Sorry if I seem to be complaining a bit much, but I feel like I'm entitled to vent a bit. At any rate, I no longer recommend this survey site, and suggest anyone looking to sign up with one should avoid Survey Junkie.

  • Internet Archive

I'm one of the many bookworms who can't survive without a book fix, and there's no better place for one than Internet archive. This site is unbelievable! It works like a library; you sign up, and then can borrow one of the many books thy have available, from libraries and collections all over the world. These include both contemporary books and ones published in past centuries, fiction bios, history, even magazines, comic books, catalogs, name it, it's there!

You can search by title, author, subject, collection, sometimes by publisher and year as well, and you'll find books you read years ago that you lost touch with (like I did, many times) and can be happily reacquainted with again. You can borrow them hourly (no problem, as you can keep reborrowing when your time expires) and some are available for two weeks, with no expiration. The books are all photocopied, very clear to read, and most have their covers pictured, too. That's how I recognized some old friends!

You also save a fortune on what you would have paid if you had to go out and buy these books. The site is free, though they accept donations, it's not necessary.

As a bonus, many TV shows and movies are also available, as well as commercials, documentaries, podcasts, you name it!

Don't pass this gem up, check it out, I can guarantee you won't be disappointed!

If you ever come across this site and want to check it out, i advise you don't. I should have been suspicious by the fact that it ended with ". Io" rather then the usual. Com,. Net or. Org, but I let that get by me, because of all the TV shows and movies that i could supposedly watch for free. I'd type in any title and it was supposedly there for viewing.

At first, it appeared to be working. I'm an "I Love Lucy" fan, and watched a few episodes, but the next thing I knew, i couldn't access them anymore. I'd click on the link for an episode and nothing would happen. The same thing for other shows I tried, like "Bewitched". I clicked on an episode link, and all I got was a still photo of Elizabeth Montgomery, with the show's theme music playing in the background.

I wasn't able to access any of the movies that were supposed to be there, either. Then, the next time I tried the site (I figured I'd give it one more shot) I couldn't even get there, I'd just get a message from the browser that it was an unsafe site. (I have more than one browser, but the same thing happened with all of them.) So, whatever's going on, something's not right.

Looks like that old saying, "If it sounds too good to be true", really applies here. Don't waste your time.

  • Amazon

6/18/22

Recently, I started ordering books from Amazon. They've all arrived earlier than the expected estimated dates (one almost a week early) and when I had a problem with one order, my account was recredited the amount I had spent ASAP, no delay at all!

So far, I've ordered only books, but with the excellent service, I'll be expanding to other items.

Very impressive!
