We ordered a case of Dr. Brown's Cel-Ray soda which we cannot get where we live. They had the best price on the Internet. After the order was placed, we were updated on the shipment and it arrived within about a week. Also, the shipping was free! Yay! I will definitely order from them again.

Even though the prices seems to be good, the service is so moronically pathetic, that it does make sense to pay more elsewhere and enjoy your own time, energy and good state of mind. To make long story short, the sent me wrong items 3 times in the row, apologizing each time and trying to make things right by re-shipment. The 3rd time they managed to re-ship to their OWN FACILITY aka to themselves. What a bunch of incompetent idiots!

Their site says order complete. But nothing showed up. UPS said they are still waiting for the packages. I have emailed and called. Only email I received said we will get back to you in 24 - 48 hours they never do. I got customer service once who promised that it would be shipped out in 24-48 and emailed an update didn't happen!. I have called multiple times and left voice mails no return communication. Is there a zero star rating

Ordered some Arizona cucumber tea which no one else seems to have at a reasonable price, so once i saw it here... I went in. After a week after checking my order at FedEx, I saw it was in the same place from the day I ordered... Once I contacted TalDepot, they got right on it, and I had my tea within two days... I guess since they are doing business on a large scale, these things happen, but if they see an issue, it's good to know they work quickly to resolve it

I ordered at the beginning of a the month, I got an order number and was told it would ship soon. I got a UPS shipping notice that the label had been printed. A week went by no change. I've sent a few emails asking about the status but I only got the auto reply saying I'd be contacted in 24-48 hours. Their site says shipped but UPS tracking said still waiting for the stuff. After more than 2 weeks and not change in status or emails returned, I contacted PayPal and got my money back.

I ordered grape juice. It never arrived. I called 3 times and kept getting spam type email saying it will be 24-48 hrs and they will respond... They never responded and I'd call again... after a week of this I finally just charged back my credit card and ordered from Amazon. I'd suggest everyone just use amazon instead. More responsive and less hassle. Was trying to save a few dollars, but so not worth it.

After reading some of these reviews, I guess I can consider myself lucky because I got a partial shipment. I actually got through to them via email and they said they would refund me the extra money for the rest of the order... WRONG! Refund was cancelled. I sent another email asking why the refund was cancelled and they said it was a bug in their system. Ok... that's when I realized I'm SOL. I read more reviews and someone mentioned that they filed bankruptcy. I doubt if we'll get anything from that either...

I ordered about $60 in stuff and I haven't received any email, any package, etc. I have called customer service twice and sent two emails with no response. The "customer service" (big eye roll) rep said she couldn't help but would contact the warehouse to see what was going on and they would call me. Twice this happened and not one returned call. I also emailed twice and have no gotten anything back. I would avoid like the plaque.

Customer service number is never answered. It just hangs up. Guys get back to you via email then it drops dead. They charge your card right away and issue a UPS call tag but goods never move/ship. No info after a week.

Waited months for an order that only partially arrived. Customer service was very attentive (always shifting the blame while keeping you sated), but they ended up cancelling the remainder of my order without notification of doing so.

I was told that there are inventory problems (really?). Basically, they have none. From what I was hearing, they sell vapor inventory, and then buy it after you order hoping that it arrives at the warehouse in an appropriate time frame to ship out to the customer without repercussions.

Unfortunately in my case, the first two items were delivered 6 weeks after purchase, one after 8 weeks, and the last two were cancelled without my knowledge.

I will never order from them again. Awful experience.

I ordered 2 cases of Hint Fizz Blackberry Sparkling Water. I heard nothing from them for a week, then wrote asking if they were going to ship. They sent a tracking number and the water arrived a few days later. The WRONG water. They sent me Hint Blackberry Water -- not sparkling. I wrote, and they asked for a photo of the wrong product, which I sent. After that, radio silence. I've written 3 times since then to ask them to confirm that they're sending the correct product. If I don't hear back by tomorrow, I'm going to initiate a dispute with my credit card company.

I placed an order on 3/28 and of course it never shipped and I was charged $108.00. I have emailed numerous times between then and now. The response was always we'll get back to you. They never did. I emailed again today and their response was:

"Hi,

We filed for bankruptcy on April 12th 2019"

Am I just out this money? Since it's more than 90 days I don't think my credit card company will do anything.

They filed chapter 11 and are still in business. Shouldn't customers who were screwed be one of the 1st to be paid?

Dont order from them if you care about service. I agree with the last review work on some items you can get the cheapest price but there is really no customer service. I ordered something almost 2 weeks ago have sent numerous emails And finally got a response that my order would be coming tomorrow. Ill believe it when I see it. I buy a lot of things on Amazon prime and Im sorry that Amazon has the link themselves with this company.

Placed order with expedited shipping. Received e-mail stating that label has been created but waiting on package to start shipping. Ok great. Two weeks later there has yet to be any update to the tracking, still have no box, and after two emails sent directly to Taldepot they FINALLY responded because Amazon pay (what I used for payment) forced their hand after I also emailed Amazon pay twice and told them of the scam Taldepot was running. Do not use, they are thieves.

I ordered 5 cases of water, got a track number that did not show anything activity. After waiting a week, I wrote to them and nobody answered. Today I finally got half of the order, call three times, the company makes you wait forever and then nobody picks up the phone, t they made you leave a message that nobody calls back, it is obviously a scam, be careful, do not be lured by the prices, you will not get what you ordered.

I had all the same issues as the rest of the people who posted reviews. I waited 5 days and no status update on my item. I tried emailing them with no real response. I don't tolerate theft or being a victim, so I always use my credit card that has impeccable fraud protection. All I had to do is dispute the charge online and I was immediately credited by my credit card company. So if Tal Depot happens to read this, I want to point out that you didn't deliver on what you promised, but I did - I got my money back and I wrote an accurate review of your illegitimate business dealings. Off to my next site to warn your other potential customers (victims).

I ordered a case of Yerba Mate Bluphoria on August 26,2018. Since I didn't receive my order, I tried calling the vendor repeatedly, but was not able to make contact. I plan to call the bank and dispute the charges, if any appear on my bank statement. This company is consistently bad on deliveries. Moreover, they just started charging a $5.99 delivery fee versus the previous no shipping fee. If you have Amazon Prime, order from them and save time and aggravation. One star for abominable service!

I placed an order on sept 7. Like many on here, saw shipping label created, never delivered. I have since contacted the BBB and NY Attorneys General office, and also stopped payment. By the way, take some advice... go to their website and click on the people in the company... you can find them all on Linkedin.com. Send them messages and ask. Typical NY Scam company.

Do not order from these people. They charge your card immediately, then when they give you a UPS tracking number that says "Label Printed" and there is sat for 12 days. On day 13, I send an email inquiry... no response... on Day 15 I send another inquiry and they respond stating that they will research and take up to 3 days. A couple of hours later, they cancel my order for no reason and state that they will issue a refund between 3-5 days... do not waste your time... They are cheap because they do not deliver... All the perfect reviews on their website appear fake...

OK, didn't read the reviews (on me). It's been one week and counting, nothing. Emailed customer service and got some canned response. Initiated PayPal investigation, so hopefully that will get these bums to send me my stuff. PP will refund my money, so not too worried (yet).

Silly me! I placed an order without checking reviews first and since I called to check order status, the voice message told me they were closed but it was only 1pm! That alerted me something was not right so I went online to check order status and response message was "no such order exists". So I started checking reviews and found what a sorry excuse for a company they were. I will continue to follow this up but looks like I've been had and I am fuming mad!

This is by FAR the worst company I've ever dealt with. I contacted them 8 days after I ordered, having received no shipping confirmation or delivery. Another 24 hours later I'm told they're still waiting for an answer from warehouse. This should have been resolved today with an explanation and a shipped order, sent overnight, with an apology at a minimum, but I'd have sent the order at no charge if I were running the company. I've cancelled the order. No excuse not to have an answer from them 9 full days after placing order!

Purchased around $250 worth of items, and the status for my order said it would be delivered in 5 days. Totally reasonable. 12 days later, UPS still hadnt received the items to ship, so I contacted customer service. After almost a month of back and forth, they finally cancelled the order. BUY ELSEWHERE! It's not worth the hassle and frustration

I didn't believe it. My order came 5 days before date was told. The "just off the shelf" brown cardboard box was at my doorstep. (that's what it looked like) With nary a dent I opened a tight packaged product. In fact so tight, couldn't just pull it up. Took out the heavy brown crumpled paper individually. So excited. My Umpqua oatmeal and teas arrived without box dents inside or out. Of course I'm enjoying my delicious oatmeal along with the gift teas. Thank you. Will "see" you again.
